About the Author:
The Future I Recall is Chetan Tripathy’s second collection of poems. His first – Dreams in My Eyes — was published in 2005 and subsequently translated into Kannanda by Professor Dayananda. Chetan was born in Hassan, Karnataka on 5 May 1988 and spent his childhood in Delhi, Ottawa, Bhubanseswar and Bangalore. His interest in poetry began at the age of 4, during a two-year stay in Ottawa, Canada, inspired by the poems of his father, sister, and the presence of a second-hand 386 Mz computer in his home. Time has always been a major theme in his poems.
