A Tale of Choices

In a way,
The bony hand
Inside my head
Had scrambled my brain
Into grains of sand.

Decisions are to be made.

But the sand erodes all day
Ceases to amuse itself at night.
The wind stops
To savour moonlight.
And so, the beach sleeps.
