Harry Aveling’s Hikayat Pandawa Lima, published by Writers Workshop, has been reviewed by Dr Pradip Bhattacharya in The Book Review. He says of the book: “Chock-full of adventures and romance, the flavour is much like the Kathasaritsagara (c. 11th century) and Dashakumaracharita (c. 8th century).
