About the Author

Delphic Diatribes is Vyshnavee Diwakar’s second book of poetry. A pedant to her core, she bides by poetic rules like a bore, until her affinity for her alliterations makes her go rogue. Her dream is to be heard when she pelts her versified arguments regarding the emotional turmoil that resides within every being. Vyshnavee is a stay-at-home mother, trying to make use of her Master’s degree in Literature with an indomitable belief in the power of artistic expression. When she is not running behind her children, she likes to read, dabble in graphic designing and communicate her feelings to her beloved boxing bag. Her award-winning chapbook titled The emotional outbursts of an unhinged mind is available on Amazon.

must know
how skin screams
unwarranted
from a callous elbow, a roving palm,
cooped in a congested train far from home,
hundred mute eyes
now privy
to this
