Will I never find you,
even when I die?
Will my last, rasping breath
meet yours in the sky?
After life’s endeavor
is it you I will find?
Or am I doomed forever
to roam fatherless and blind?
Will your ashes embrace mine
at the bottom of the sea?
Will the mighty Ganges
unite you and me?
Will I become like you
a star in my children’s sky?
Father will I meet you
at l(e)ast when I die?
