A little recognition…
In places most unexpected,
not medals, trophies or a shield,
not gifts in cash or kind,
big bashes, throwaway parties,
no demands or discounts
Just a little recognition…
on life’s busy highway
from a fellow traveller,
just to assure you’re on the right track
is all you require
to reach your destination.
