About the Author:
Chandni Kapur is the author of six books of poetry – Reflections (1992), Lurking Shadows (1997), Embers, Ash & Dust (1999), Karma (2001), The Looking Glass (2004) and The Other Face (2009) – all published by Writers Workshop, India, with whom she has been associated with for nearly twenty years. She is a Life Member of The Poetry Society, India. Outside of poetry, she works as a consultant advising non-profit organizations and works for Social Innovation Park in Singapore. In the past, she headed Resource Mobilisation for Child Rights and You (CRY) and held senior management positions in organizations like Ogilvy, Bates and TBWA Worldwide. She lives with her husband, Amit, and son, Kartikay, in Singapore.
